After School - Registration
Click below to download our After School Registration Packet in PDF format. This Packet is required for all new students wishing to enroll in The Harrison Children's Center's After School Program. This packet includes detailed contact and family information, dietary restrictions, anticipated days and hours of enrollment along with other detailed information that is required to enroll your child. You can download the document here, print it out and mail it to us or drop it off at our main office at 300 Harrison Avenue in downtown Harrison. If you prefer, you can stop by our office and pick up a printed copy of the Registration Packet.
